Q: How does this ship? How long does it take for the mattress to completely expand?A: The mattress ships compressed for ideal shipping and can take up to 48 hours for it to fully expand. The mattress can be used during this time.

Q: What are the washing directions?
A: The foam is spot clean only. Remove cover and machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle. Wash with similar colors. Do not use chlorine bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
